Andreessen Horowitz plans a West Palm Beach office
The venture capital firm has leased space at CityPlace Tower for a regional office focused on defense and industrial technology investments.
The office is scheduled to open in early 2027 at CityPlace Tower, 525 Okeechobee Boulevard. Commercial Observer confirmed the lease with a representative for landlord Related Ross. The location will serve the firm's American Dynamism fund. The size of the lease was not disclosed, so the announcement does not yet establish how many employees will work from the new office.
