Leviathan Hospitality advises owners and investors on concepts, openings, performance and growth. Our hotel work focuses on food and beverage. We serve South Florida, drawing on Daniel’s experience developing, launching and advising concepts across North America.
We review the guest experience and the economics together. That means asking how a concept will run before a lease is signed, or understanding a difficult month by looking beyond the headline sales figure.
Daniel leads the work directly, with independent specialists contributing where the business needs their expertise.

Daniel Levine
Daniel Levine has nearly two decades of hospitality experience and has developed more than two dozen restaurant concepts.
His background spans independent restaurants, multi-unit groups, hotels and consumer concepts. Senior operating roles and the experience of founding and selling his own business inform the questions he asks of a concept, a team and an operating plan.
Daniel understands the responsibility behind ownership. He brings that perspective to the decisions you make before opening, through daily operation and when considering the next location.
