Privacy notice

Leviathan Hospitality LLC operates this website and is responsible for the information described in this notice. Our business mailing address is 3350 Mary Street, Miami, FL 33133, United States. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to daniel@leviathanhospitality.com.

Inquiries

We collect the contact details, company, business category, and message you submit to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement. The full inquiry, including every submitted field, is saved in our private workspace and sent to Daniel by email. Please do not include sensitive financial, medical, or other unnecessary personal information.

Job applications and résumés

We collect your contact details, location, desired role, relocation preference, optional LinkedIn URL, résumé, and application history. When you apply for a listed role, we use your information for that application. Permission for unrelated future opportunities is optional. A general résumé submission joins our future-opportunity talent pool with your permission. Withdrawing that permission removes your applications from future-opportunity searches; the record of an original job application remains separate.

Résumé text is extracted to help retrieve relevant experience. Scanned or unreadable documents may require manual review. Search results are reviewed by a person; the system does not automatically reject candidates or infer protected characteristics. Please omit Social Security numbers, identity documents, medical information, and other sensitive details that are not needed for an application.

Access, sharing, and service providers

Candidate records and original résumés are held privately with access restricted to authorized personnel. Our website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database storage and authentication, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information needed to deliver those services. The information you send may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Authorized recruiting tools may retrieve relevant candidate records and excerpts for Daniel’s review. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We will discuss any introduction to a prospective employer before sharing your résumé with that employer. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and the security of our services.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, manage applications, fulfill any future-opportunity permission you give us, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. The purpose of the record, any active relationship or application, and applicable obligations affect how long information is needed.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of future-opportunity permission by emailing Daniel. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Withdrawal applies to future use based on that permission. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. Deleted records may remain in limited-access backups until those backups expire.

Website operation and cookies

The website uses essential session cookies for private administrator sign-in. It does not use advertising trackers or nonessential visitor analytics cookies. Hosting and security services process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. Submission safeguards use keyed hashes of email addresses and network addresses to limit abuse. Operational submission counts do not include names, contact details, or résumé content.

Security and updates

We use access controls and private storage to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This notice may be updated when our practices change. The date above reflects the latest revision.
