Redevelopment is displacing the café from The Yard. The team has announced plans for a nearby home.
The Alchemist spent 12 years at 2430 Northeast 13th Avenue, known for iced coffee, open-faced sandwiches and outdoor seating among the trees. Axios confirmed the closure on October 16. Earlier reporting described plans to relocate nearby, with the next address still to be announced. The departure is tied to redevelopment of The Yard property.
