Boca Brasserie replaces Stage in Boca Raton
Pushkar Marathe and Andy Dugard have shifted the space toward familiar dishes and more frequent neighborhood visits.
Boca Brasserie opened August 20 at 5377 Town Center Road, replacing the Boca Raton Stage Kitchen & Bar that closed in July. Marathe and Dugard told the Palm Beach Post that the previous concept relied too heavily on weekends and special occasions. The new American menu, happy hour and martini program aim to bring customers back throughout the week.
