Casa Bella welcomes its first residents in downtown Miami
The 319-home tower at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard is complete, with closings underway and residents moving in.
Related Group and Alta Developers have completed the 56-story Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia. Florida YIMBY reports that more than 90 percent of the homes are under contract and the first residents have moved in. The building sits near the Arsht Center, museum district and Kaseya Center. Its amenities include a café, poolside bar and spaces for private dining.
