Work resumes at Citadel's Brickell headquarters site
Crews returned after Miami-Dade approved a revised safety plan following September's drilling-rig collapse.
Work restarted during the week of October 12 at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive, Bisnow reported. Miami-Dade approved changes to the soil-improvement safety plan on October 7, following the September 14 accident. The project remains in ground preparation. This restart does not mean the offices are ready for tenants, and the federal investigation was still open when the report was published.
