Tambourine Room closes at the Carillon
The Michelin-starred tasting-menu restaurant ended service September 30. The resort has not named a replacement.
Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt has closed inside the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort at 6801 Collins Avenue. The resort confirmed September 30 as the final night of service in a statement reported by the Miami Herald. The restaurant opened in 2022 and earned a Michelin star in 2023. The resort said it was considering the future of the space and its culinary offerings.
