Teo Teo has opened next to Caracas Bakery’s MiMo location at 7285 Biscayne Boulevard. The menu is deliberately small: half or whole rotisserie chickens, potatoes and carrots, a chicken Caesar sandwich and four dipping sauces. The space has limited counter seating, so takeout is central to the format. Potatoes and carrots cook in the rotisserie alongside the chicken.
