Florida reached the final scheduled step in its minimum-wage increase on September 30. The state minimum is $15 an hour, and employers who qualify to take the tip credit must pay tipped employees at least $11.98 directly. Florida Commerce says these rates run through December 31, 2027. Employers must also display the current state minimum-wage notice where employees can see it.
