The opportunity
Lead a high-end restaurant within a casino resort, reporting to the director of food and beverage. Full-time, on-site. Responsibilities • Deliver financial and operational targets through service standards, training, and team development. • Review sales, costs, labor, and budgets; improve profitability and service. • Develop promotions and menu initiatives, responding to demand and feedback. • Maintain facilities, equipment, food quality, and regulatory compliance. • Recruit, coach, appraise, and retain team members. • Support responsible gaming and alcohol service. Experience & requirements
• Relevant hospitality/business degree and at least three years managing a high-end restaurant, or equivalent education and experience. • Advanced food-and-beverage knowledge and experience leading hospitality teams. • Effective guest communication in English. • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds; a busy casino setting with noise and possible secondhand-smoke exposure. • Finalists must obtain gaming licensure, including background checks that may cover credit and criminal history, before an offer. • The employer applies a tribal-employment preference: qualified members of its governing tribe first, then qualified members of other federally recognized tribes.
