The opportunity
Oversee the hotel’s departments and food-and-beverage operations, guest relationships, property standards, and financial performance. Full-time, on-site. Responsibilities • Lead daily operations and assess opportunities to improve service and profitability. • Develop the team and maintain a positive working environment. • Manage budgets, costs, revenue, and reporting on occupancy and guest satisfaction. • Maintain relationships with property stakeholders, vendors, and guests. • Address operational issues during day and night hours and maintain equipment and property standards. • Oversee the hotel’s online presence, purchasing, and industry relationships.
Experience & requirements
• Seven to ten years in hotel management or a management position. • Degree in business, hotel/hospitality management, or a relevant field. • Knowledge of hotel-management practices and applicable laws. • English fluency; additional languages are an advantage. • Office-software proficiency; property-management-system knowledge is an advantage. • Strong guest service, business judgment, leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving under pressure. • Professional presentation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
