Caviar Club adds a steakhouse and bar to Las Olas
The new restaurant welcomes public diners alongside a membership program, with separate dining-room and bar experiences.
Caviar Club has joined the restaurant lineup at 833 East Las Olas Boulevard. October 27 reporting lists the American steakhouse among new openings. In an earlier interview, Marc Falsetto described separate dining and bar rooms, with public access and additional benefits for members. The menu includes steaks, seafood and caviar, while later-evening service is aimed at an adult crowd.
A membership program needs to offer clear benefits while leaving room for regular guests. Set reservation inventory, seating rules and service expectations before selling access. The transition from dinner to a livelier bar also needs its own staffing and floor plan.
