Ivy's plans a New River opening for early 2027
We Care Hospitality is preparing a waterfront restaurant beside Stranahan House.
Ivy's is planned for the first quarter of 2027 at 500 East Las Olas Boulevard. We Care Hospitality, whose restaurants include GG's Waterfront, Tiki Tiki and Le Tub, is developing the concept beside Stranahan House. Chef Dan Siegelman's planned menu includes a raw bar, seafood, pasta and grilled dishes. The restaurant will include an outdoor riverfront bar; its website still lists the opening as forthcoming.
A waterfront setting can attract diners, but the sales forecast must account for usable outdoor seats. Test the indoor business and a rainy-week scenario separately. Nearby restaurants can watch the confirmed menu and opening schedule before changing their own offers.
