COTOA moves into a larger North Miami home
Alejandra Espinoza's Ecuadorian restaurant now has more room for dining, drinks and private groups.
COTOA has relocated to 1111 NE 125th Street, Suite 200. The new North Miami space gives chef Alejandra Espinoza a larger kitchen, a bar and private dining capacity. The menu combines established dishes with new additions, and James MacInnes is behind the cocktails. October 29 reporting and the restaurant's current website confirm the new location is operating.

A larger room only helps if the kitchen and floor can keep the same pace. Rehearse station coverage, table timing and the bar's role before adding every available seat. Private dining also needs a booking process, deposit terms and a menu that works alongside regular service.
