The Daily Focaccia opens its first West Palm Beach storefront
Two former Bice colleagues have moved from pop-ups into a downtown sandwich shop on Evernia Street.
The Daily Focaccia opened October 5 at 410 Evernia Street, with its entrance facing South Dixie Highway. Fernanda Bruna and Erjon Musaj developed the business after working at Bice in Palm Beach and testing it through pop-ups. The shop bakes focaccia for its sandwich menu and also serves coffee, Italian beer and wine.

A successful pop-up can prove product demand, but a permanent shop must earn its rent throughout the week. Track production, sell-through and unsold bread by day before increasing batch sizes. Clear entrance directions also matter when the mailing address and storefront face different streets.
