T3 FAT Village signs its first office tenants
GXO Logistics and CBI Workplace Solutions are committing to the Fort Lauderdale development, with initial office move-ins planned for 2027.
Hines and Urban Street Development announced the leases on September 15. GXO plans a 35,000-square-foot regional office, while CBI will relocate from Las Olas Boulevard. T3 is a six-story office building within the broader FAT Village redevelopment. Hines expects office tenants to start moving in during 2027, with retail, public spaces and other neighborhood amenities coming online throughout that year.
