Granado's opens a smash-burger shop in Brickell
The South Miami Avenue restaurant combines burgers and loaded fries with a late-night schedule and music programming.
Granado's is now open at 1250 South Miami Avenue, according to its official site. Founder John Paul Granado's menu includes classic smash burgers and a chorizo-and-chimichurri version, plus fries and burger bowls. The launch announcement set an October 2 debut and a late-night schedule from Thursday through Sunday. The concept also incorporates DJ performances into the dining room.
