Macs 44 plans a December debut in West Palm Beach
Mama Hospitality is developing an 80-seat venue built around live performance, cocktails and a short food menu.
Mama Hospitality announced Macs 44 for December at 825 North Railroad Avenue in the Nora District. The company's plans call for an 80-seat, 3,600-square-foot venue combining music, vocal performance and choreography with cocktails and a small menu of bar dishes. Planned hours run from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., Tuesday through Sunday. An exact opening day has not been announced.
Live entertainment belongs in the operating budget from the start, including rehearsals, sound, staffing and security. Model the evening around realistic seat occupancy and spending during each performance. Neighboring restaurants can explore pre-show dining partnerships once the schedule is confirmed.
