Vicky Bakery plans a Pompano Beach shop
A Boca Raton franchisee is preparing a second bakery, with a late-November opening target on North Federal Highway.
Yamile Hernandez plans to open Vicky Bakery at 1154 North Federal Highway by the end of November. The 1,630-square-foot shop will have indoor seating and takeout, with Cuban pastries, sandwiches, coffee and all-day breakfast. Hernandez has operated the brand's Boca Raton location since 2023. The timing comes from her interview with Business Debut; a firm opening day has not been announced.
A bakery serving breakfast, takeaway and catering needs a production plan that separates those orders. Before adding a second shop, check which products can travel between locations and which need finishing on site. Catering commitments should leave enough stock and labor for the morning counter.
