Chef Robyn Almodovar and Austin Gaines are preparing aAO at 4204 NW Second Avenue. Current plans call for 122 dining-room seats, a bar and lounge, a 40-seat courtyard and about 50 jobs. The menu is expected to draw on Almodovar's Puerto Rican and Italian background. October 30 reporting points to winter 2027, while earlier coverage suggested late 2026, so the opening date remains a target.
The dining room, lounge and courtyard need separate sales and staffing assumptions. Model a rainy evening and the later Friday and Saturday hours before setting labor. Confirm construction and licensing milestones before hiring to the target month.
