Little Ruby's plans its first Florida café at CityPlace
The New York café group is targeting a West Palm Beach opening in 2027.
Little Ruby's is planning a café at CityPlace, 700 South Rosemary Avenue, in 2027. The Australian-style concept from Wish You Were Here Group is known for its Bronte burger and all-day café format in New York. It will join a growing restaurant mix that includes Maman and Harry's. The West Palm Beach menu and an exact opening date have not been announced.
Our read
An all-day café competes across breakfast, lunch and evening visits, with different staffing needs in each period. A new market needs its own traffic counts, wage assumptions and repeat-visit forecast. Success elsewhere is useful background, but it cannot fill those gaps in the local plan.
