Boca Raton approves apartments and a restaurant building at Broken Sound
Compson's Park Tower plan combines 97 apartments with a separate 2,100-square-foot retail and restaurant building.
Boca Raton approved Compson Associates' Park Tower at Broken Sound, an eight-story residential project at 1075 and 1095 Northwest Broken Sound Parkway. The plan includes 97 apartments, a parking garage and a separate 2,100-square-foot retail and restaurant building. An existing office building would remain, while a warehouse would be removed. The approval adds another residential component to the former office and industrial district, but the report does not establish an opening date.
A small restaurant space serving both offices and homes can have useful demand across the day. Test breakfast, lunch and evening sales separately before deciding on a full-service format. Confirm the delivery condition, outdoor seating rights and kitchen capacity before letting the surrounding apartment count drive the lease decision.
