Porsche Design plans a car collectors' club in West Palm Beach
The proposed development pairs 22 privately owned car studios with dining, wellness and event spaces, targeting a 2028 opening.
Porsche Design and Newgard Development Group have announced Porsche Design Concours, with West Palm Beach among the first two locations. The Florida plan includes 22 privately owned automobile studios and a separate membership-based clubhouse. Planned shared amenities include dining, private lounges, event spaces, padel and wellness facilities. Porsche's September announcement targets a 2028 opening; October reporting places the project at 2500 North Florida Mango Road. Construction timing has not been announced.
Special-interest clubs can create food and beverage work beyond conventional restaurants and hotels. Start with the expected frequency of member visits and private events, then size the service around that demand. A highly equipped kitchen still needs a credible plan for weekday use, staffing and member spending.
