Wilder plans a fall opening in Midtown
The grocery and café concept will combine everyday shopping with prepared food.
Wilder is preparing to open at 3250 NE First Avenue. Founder Danielle Axman is working with Grassfed Culture, the group behind Los Félix and Krüs Kitchen, on food and beverage, with backing from Major Food Group. The concept includes groceries, a café and prepared meals. Its website accepts product submissions and job interest, but an exact opening day has not been announced.
Prepared food can compete for the same lunch and takeaway occasions as a restaurant. Local food brands considering a stockist relationship should arrive with clear wholesale pricing, shelf-life information and delivery capacity. Nearby operators can compare convenience and pickup speed alongside menu prices.
