Bahia Mar adds a private waterfront club to its redevelopment plans
A one-acre residents' club would bring courts, a pool and social spaces to the planned St. Regis development.
Related Group, Tate Capital and Rok Acquisitions have outlined a private club within the planned Bahia Mar redevelopment. The one-acre facility would include tennis and padel courts, a lap pool, a St. Regis-serviced clubhouse and outdoor gathering areas. Access would be limited to residential owners. The wider waterfront project also includes a hotel, residences, marina, restaurants and retail. The developers are targeting a 2027 construction start and 2030 completion.
Resident-only amenities need a different food and beverage model from a restaurant drawing the public. Settle access, service hours and who funds low-volume periods before specifying kitchens or staffing. The surrounding public venues should have their own demand forecast rather than relying on the same residents twice.
